Erik Ezukanma has gone on the NFL’s NFI list in a move not many saw coming ahead of the Dolphins trip to Buffalo in week 4.
Ezukanma was a surprise scratch for last weeks game against Denver when Jaylen Waddle was still in concussion protocol. Now the plot has thickened more after Ezukanma was on the injury report all week with a neck injury.

Head coach Mike McDaniel was asked for clarity on the Erik Ezukanma situation and had this to say at his Friday presser, “We’re just kind of trying to get information on that. Don’t really have the specific instance. It’s more of cautiously looking through that lens because it was something with his neck that he’s had in college, so we’re just kind of going through that which is why it’s kind of a vague timeline and kind of snuck up on us.”
